Job Requirements

  • Attainment of a G.E.D. or successful completion of high school
  • minimum of one year of relevant occupational history
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • willingness to adhere to safety and security protocols
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and professional appearance
  • ability to provide courteous and timely service
  • commitment to confidentiality and protecting company assets

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests

  • answer questions on menu selections

  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
  • maintain cleanliness and professional appearance
  • maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • offer a warm welcome and acknowledge all visitors
  • assist guests with service requirements including individuals with disabilities
  • communicate clearly and professionally
  • cultivate teamwork and enhance professional relationships
  • ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards
