Job Requirements
- ability to work flexible hours, especially nights, weekends, and holidays
- 1 or more years of experience in restaurants or clubs
- high school diploma or equivalent work experience
- ServSafe Food Handler and TIPS or LEAD Certificate
- consistently demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor
- can stand and or walk for an 8-10-hour shift

Job Duties
- have a passion for true hospitality
- must love taking care of all guests
- say yes, thank you, my pleasure, or allow me 1000 times per shift
- partner with bartenders, servers, and anyone else to ensure service stations are set-up, maintained, and broken down correctly
- make sure anyone who is ordering alcohol is old enough to legally partake
- expo food, drinks, and other items as indicated by the ticket (usually all at the same time)
- listen to guest needs and quickly obtain what is needed
- be attentive to whether a guest needs to find transportation home due to alcohol intake and inform appropriate members of management
- maintain the showroom and clear as needed
- give suggestions on how to enhance service whenever a breakdown is identified
