Job Requirements
- Minimum of three to five years in sales and events management
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Ability to obtain a valid Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card and Nevada Food Handler Safety
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- Strong interpersonal skills and guest/client relations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Willingness and availability to work all shifts and days of the week
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in basic MS Office (Excel, Word, databases)
- Strong comprehension of English language
Job Qualifications

- Must be at least 21 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Identify and develop sales opportunities and serve as first point of contact for in-bound callers and outbound visits by contacting the F&B/Entertainment sales department
- Coordinate and execute outreach, prospecting and referrals, face-to-face appointments
- Responsible for the booking of events in restaurants and other specialty venues
- Develop an active client list through prospecting, outreach and creative lead generation
- Respond to inquiries and provide information in a prompt and professional manner and according to established procedures
- Actively business network via networking events, industry events, and other events as needed
- Main contact person for private dining room sales and service of events
- Working closely with clients on menu and beverage selections creating event orders
- Collaborate with chefs Create customized and distinctive special event proposals
- Coordinate timing, menu choices and special requests with culinary team
- Complete and/or coordinate activities related to assigned projects
- assist in establishing project timetables, action steps and status updates
- follow-up, as appropriate, to ensure timely execution to meet established deadlines
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments
- Respond to client calls and special requests and obtain final details, dates, times, and restaurant/private dining room events
- Regularly follow-up with clients and maintain accurate and updated information
- Perform administrative duties such as typing proposals, letters, contracts, etc
- Collect data, update databases, and complete monthly departmental reports
- Attend events to ensure proper event setup, execution, and client satisfaction
- Upsell to meet/exceed sales and financial objectives based on pre-determined sales goals
- May coordinate outside vendor service needs (floral displays, audio/visual, etc.) where appropriate
- Regularly follow-up to ensure set-up requirements meet client expectations
- Perform other duties as assigned (private dining room tours, property tours, special guest requests, maintaining calendars, answering phones and routing to appropriate operations staff)
