Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and with a friendly attitude
  • Take food and beverage orders, provide menu recommendations, and ensure order accuracy
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and attend to their needs during their dining experience
  • Handle payments and close out checks accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and dining area
  • Clear and reset tables quickly between guests
  • Assist servers by bringing water, bread, or condiments as needed
  • Ensure tables, chairs, and floors are clean and presentable
  • Remove trash and food waste from the dining area
  • Restock stations with necessary supplies like utensils, napkins, and glassware
  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables in a timely manner
  • Confirm the accuracy of orders and ensure the proper presentation of food
  • Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen and servers
  • Assist in the kitchen during busy periods by helping with basic prep or organizing
