Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- prior experience operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawer
- ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons
- one year of customer service experience with general public preferred
- must be able to lift 40 pounds waist high
- must be able to stand for extended periods
- able to enter information on computers
- must comply with safety and health code standards
- good personal hygiene
- must wear proper uniform
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- prior experience operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawer
- ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons
- one year of customer service experience with the general public preferred
- current Food Handlers Card preferred
- CPR/First Aid certified preferred
- one plus years of experience in a food service environment preferred
Job Duties
- Assist customers as needed with outstanding customer service
- operate an electronic cash register and credit card machine
- perform basic mathematical computations
- balance drawer and manage daily income
- communicate with the public in a tactful, polite, and friendly manner
- clean food and beverage areas and tables
- assist in preparing and serving food items
- fill condiment containers
- pick up in and around food and beverage areas
- scrape and rinse dishes
- load dishwasher and operate dishwashing machine
- wash dishes, carts, pots, pans, and equipment
- take and record temperature of food to ensure proper temperature controls in transportation
- assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas
- alert management immediately for suspicious persons and incidents
- alert management immediately regarding mistakes or adjustments to the cash drawer
- additional tasks assigned by management
