- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to drive beverage cart and stand for extended periods
- ability to handle cash transactions responsibly

Job Duties
- always maintain a professional appearance
- drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests
- maintain a supply of all bar products and supplies, including glassware and expendable paper
- stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use
- assure compliance with all laws applicable to beverage operations
- operate point of sale systems including Jonas and process guest member and credit card charges
- learn the names of regular customers and personally recognize them
- monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to ensure best customer service
- inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory
- prepare garnishes, mix and pre-mix drinks
- perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned
- communicate effectively with peers, management, and front and back of house employees
- ensure timely, friendly, and professional customer greetings
- assist in food preparation and tend bar as needed
- demonstrate responsible cash handling skills
- prepare, cook, and serve food menu options
- follow safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- maintain a clean kitchen environment including cleaning fryers and flat tops
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers
