Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to operate beverage cart and perform physical tasks as required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to provide superior customer service
- Responsible cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests
- Maintain a supply of all bar products, including glassware and expendable paper
- Stock beverage carts to par levels each day
- Ensure compliance with all beverage operation laws
- Operate Jonas, guest member charges, and credit card charges properly
- Learn names of regulars and personally recognize them
- Monitor guest experience and take action to assure excellent service
- Inspect bar prior to opening
- Prepare garnishes, mix drinks
- Perform clean-up and closing duties
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Greet customers in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in food preparation and bar tending
- Demonstrate responsible cash handling
- Prepare, cook, and serve food options
- Understand safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Maintain clean kitchen environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
