Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Age 18 or older
- Previous retail and/or food experience preferred but not required
- Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business
- Ability to lead and hold others accountable
- Communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- Effective communication skills
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Interpret instructions, reports and information
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders as needed
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in environments ranging from 34°F to -10°F
- Ability to work in spaces where common allergens may be handled or present
- Capable of working in varying temperatures, humidity and other elements

Job Duties
- Understand sales goals, plan and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement including merchandising, pricing, changes to salesfloor merchandise displays, sampling and promotions
- Assess backroom and sales floor areas on a daily basis by walking the Target Food & Beverage Standards, prioritize business needs and identify workload tasks for the team
- Establish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable
- Maintain a fresh, full and food safe area during all operating hours leveraging strong inventory management and Food Safety policies
- Validate and follow-up on team members' progress against assigned tasks and application of best practices
- Work a schedule aligned to guest and business needs including early morning, evening, overnight shifts and weekends
- Assign daily tasks based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors to ensure brand standards are met
- Foster productive relationships with Starbucks district manager and attend required store business meetings if applicable
- Ensure product availability by placing orders with vendors according to best practices
- Stay up-to-date on relevant trends and products to educate team members
- Support hiring and onboarding of new team members
- Become a subject matter expert in adult beverage laws and protect store's liquor license
- Lead team to uphold Starbucks and Pizza Hut Brand Standards and complete necessary training or certifications
- Fulfill key carrying responsibilities and follow all safe and secure training and processes
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and drive-up (DU) while maintaining compliance
- Demonstrate and lead a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- Model safe behaviors, identify and correct hazards, hold team accountable to safety expectations
- Model execution of physical security processes to enhance instore security culture
- Support merchandise protection strategies across the total store
- Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and creating equitable experiences
- Lead a culture of executing best practices through coaching and development
- Address all store emergency and compliance needs
- Model creating a welcoming experience by greeting guests and engaging to solve their needs
- Thank guests and ensure positive shopping experience
- Perform other duties based on business needs
