Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Age 18 or older
- Previous retail and/or food experience preferred but not required
- Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business
- Ability to lead and hold others accountable
- Communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
- Capability to remain focused and composed in fast-paced environments
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Effective communication skills
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Interpret instructions, reports and information
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Reliable, prompt and regular attendance necessary
- Ability to work in temperature ranges from 34 degrees Fahrenheit to -10 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to work in spaces where common allergens may be present
- Capable of working in varying temperatures, humidity and other elements
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts

Job Duties
- Understand sales goals, plan and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement, including merchandising, pricing, changes to salesfloor merchandise displays, sampling and promotions
- Assess backroom and sales floor areas of Food & Beverage and Food Service daily by walking Target Food & Beverage Standards
- Prioritize business needs and identify workload tasks for the team
- Establish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable
- Maintain a fresh, full and food safe area leveraging inventory management, area routines and Food Safety policies
- Deliver the Food & Beverage Standards
- Validate and follow-up on team progress against workload tasks and best practices
- Work a schedule aligned to guest and business needs including early mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends
- Assign daily tasks based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns
- Develop and maintain vendor partnerships ensuring brand standards
- Foster relationship with Starbucks district manager and attend business meetings
- Ensure product availability by placing store-initiated orders
- Stay up-to-date on trends and products to educate team members
- Support hiring and onboarding processes for new team members
- Become an expert in adult beverage laws and protect store liquor license
- Lead and maintain Starbucks and Pizza Hut Brand Standards
- Complete training and certifications including Food Safety Manager Certification
- Fulfill key carrying responsibilities and follow safe training processes
- Support guest services such as cashier, order pick up and Drive-up while maintaining compliance
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance culture
- Lead and model a safety culture through hazard identification and incident reporting
- Model physical security processes to enhance in-store security
- Support merchandise protection strategies
- Demonstrate inclusivity and create equitable experiences
- Help close skill gaps through coaching and development
- Address all store emergency and compliance needs
- Model welcoming guest experiences
- Lead by thanking guests and ensuring satisfaction
- Complete other duties based on business needs
