Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Age 18 or older
- Previous retail or food experience preferred
- Ability to lead and hold others accountable
- Communicate using multiple devices and operate handheld scanners
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
- Remain focused in a fast-paced environment

- Access all building areas as needed

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Understand sales goals and plan daily and weekly workload to meet department and store sales targets
- Assess backroom and sales floor areas to maintain Target Food & Beverage Standards
- Lead and hold team members accountable to clear goals and expectations
- Manage inventory, maintain food safety, and ensure product availability and accurate pricing
- Develop partnerships with vendors and uphold brand standards
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of team members
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and safety protocols
