Job Requirements
- Age 18 or older
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Ability to remain focused and compose under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Access to all areas of the building
- Ability to handle cash register operations
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- Flexible and reliable work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 34°F to -10°F
- Ability to work in environments with common allergens
- Ability to remain mobile during a shift
- Must complete required food safety and brand training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or food experience preferred but not required
- Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business
- Ability to lead and hold others accountable
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capability to manage workload and prioritize tasks
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
Job Duties
- Understand sales goals and plan weekly workload to deliver sales and guest engagement
- Assess backroom and sales floor daily against Target Food & Beverage Standards
- Establish clear goals and hold team members accountable
- Maintain fresh, full, and food safe areas leveraging inventory management and food safety policies
- Validate team progress on workload tasks and best practices
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Develop and maintain vendor partnerships to meet brand standards and product availability
