Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Age 18 or older
- Previous retail or food experience preferred but not required
- Strong interest and knowledge of Food and Beverage business
- Ability to lead and hold others accountable
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Effective communication skills
- Access to all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Ability to interpret instructions reports and information
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Ability to climb up and down ladders as needed
- Ability to scan handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting or moving up to 44 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights weekends and holidays with reliable and prompt regular attendance
- Ability to work in environments ranging from 34 degrees Fahrenheit to minus 10 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to work in spaces where allergens may be present
- Capability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts

Job Duties
- Understand sales goals plan and execute daily and weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement including merchandising pricing changes to salesfloor merchandise displays sampling and promotions
- Assess backroom and sales floor areas daily by walking the Target Food and Beverage Standards prioritizing business needs and identifying workload tasks for the team reviewing reporting to identify business trends for follow up
- Establish clear goals and expectations at the guidance of direct leader and hold team members accountable
- Maintain a fresh full and food safe area during all operating hours leveraging strong inventory management area routines and Food Safety policies and procedures
- Deliver the Food and Beverage Standards
- Validate and follow up on team members progress against assigned prioritized workload tasks production area routines and application of best practices
- Work a schedule that aligns to guest and business needs including early morning evening overnight shifts and weekends
- Assign daily tasks based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns ensuring alignment with weekly and monthly business priorities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors to ensure clear expectations are established brand standards are met and areas are full and maintained
- Foster a productive relationship with Starbucks district manager attend required planning and business meetings and follow up on key takeaways
- Ensure product is available for guests by placing store initiated orders with vendors
- Remain up to date on relevant trends and products to educate team members
- Support hiring and onboarding process of new team members participating in team hiring and onboarding
- Become subject matter expert in federal state and local adult beverage laws as applicable and protect the store's liquor license
- Lead team to uphold all Starbucks and Pizza Hut Brand Standards and maintain partnership with Starbucks district manager if applicable
- Complete all Starbucks and or Pizza Hut training and certifications as applicable
- Fulfill key carrying responsibilities following all safe and secure training and processes
- Support guest services such as back up cashier order pick up and Drive up maintaining compliance with laws
- Demonstrate ethical conduct safety and compliance culture leading team to do the same and holding others accountable
- Lead and demonstrate safety culture identifying and correcting hazards assisting with incident response and reporting injuries
- Model execution of physical security processes to enhance security culture
- Support merchandise protection strategies across the store
- Demonstrate inclusivity valuing diverse voices approaches and creating equitable experiences
- Lead culture of executing best practices helping close skill gaps through development coaching and team interactions
- Address all store emergency and compliance needs
- Model welcoming experience by greeting guests and engaging with them to solve needs
- Thank guests and make them feel valued
- Perform all other duties based on business needs
