Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Age 18 or older
- Flexibility to work varying hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift merchandise up to 44 pounds and climb ladders
- Ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures and potential allergen exposure
- Access all areas of the building to respond to issues
- Competency with cash register operations
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Capability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or food experience preferred but not required
- Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business
- Ability to lead and hold others accountable
- Competent in operating multiple communication devices and handheld scanners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to remain focused and composed while multitasking
Job Duties
- Understand sales goals and plan workloads to meet department and store objectives
- Assess and prioritize tasks based on business needs and sales floor standards
- Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable
- Maintain fresh, full, and food-safe areas during all operating hours
- Monitor team progress and adherence to best practices
- Work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekends
- Develop and maintain vendor partnerships to ensure product availability and brand standards
