Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Age 18 or older
  • Flexibility to work varying hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift merchandise up to 44 pounds and climb ladders
  • Ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures and potential allergen exposure
  • Access all areas of the building to respond to issues
  • Competency with cash register operations
  • Reliable and prompt attendance
  • Capability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environments

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or food experience preferred but not required
  • Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business
  • Ability to lead and hold others accountable
  • Competent in operating multiple communication devices and handheld scanners
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Capability to remain focused and composed while multitasking

Job Duties

  • Understand sales goals and plan workloads to meet department and store objectives
  • Assess and prioritize tasks based on business needs and sales floor standards
  • Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable
  • Maintain fresh, full, and food-safe areas during all operating hours
  • Monitor team progress and adherence to best practices
  • Work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekends
  • Develop and maintain vendor partnerships to ensure product availability and brand standards
