Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Age 18 or older
- Ability to lead and hold others accountable
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting merchandise up to 44 pounds and working in varying temperature environments
- Access to all areas of the building
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role
Job Qualifications

- Previous retail or food service experience preferred
- Strong interest and knowledge in food and beverage business

Job Duties
- Lead and hold the Food & Beverage team accountable to department sales goals and guest engagement strategies
- Plan and execute daily and weekly workload including merchandising, pricing, and promotions
- Assess backroom and sales floor against Target Food & Beverage Standards and prioritize tasks based on business needs
- Maintain food safety, freshness, and inventory management during operating hours
- Develop effective partnerships with vendors and brand managers such as Starbucks and Pizza Hut
- Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development of team members
- Enforce compliance with food safety regulations, federal, state, and local laws and ensure ethical conduct and safety culture within the team
