Job Requirements
- Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working in the food and beverage industry
- ServSafe food management certificate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Use PDS to monitor performance and evaluate skills
- Participate in PDS discussions with supervisor for growth preparation
- Identify and develop key team members' skills
- Model excellent customer service for all stakeholders
- Develop and reinforce customer service standards and training
- Monitor staff interactions and address concerns promptly
- Focus visitor interactions on promoting priority Buffalo Trace brands
- Use quality food and beverage experiences to reinforce brands
- Improve café selection and work on inventory cost reductions
- Manage inventory of non-alcohol merchandise
- Research and recommend new café items
- Manage vendor relationships
- Ensure café is stocked and aesthetically pleasing
- Employ merchandising techniques to increase sales
- Oversee daily café tasks and provide staff direction
- Provide visible leadership on the floor
- Open and close café when scheduled
- Develop and perform opening and closing checklists
- Conduct morning walkaround
- Maintain communication for excellent customer service
- Monitor staffing levels and adjust as needed
- Collaborate with Safety on Emergency Response Program
- Foster a team environment
- Grow sales volume and manage costs
- Monitor cash handling, inventory, and register transactions
- Demonstrate persuasive selling techniques
