Job Requirements
- minimum two years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
- strong knowledge of food and beverage operations including inventory control and cost management
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- lead and motivate a team of servers bartenders and support staff to ensure a high standard of service
- oversee the day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets including restaurants bars and lounges
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- manage inventory control and cost management
- coordinate staff schedules and training
- handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues
- enforce company policies and procedures
