Job Requirements

  • minimum two years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
  • strong knowledge of food and beverage operations including inventory control and cost management
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
  • strong knowledge of food and beverage operations including inventory control and cost management
  • exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • familiarity with casino operations is a plus

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate a team of servers bartenders and support staff to ensure a high standard of service
  • oversee the day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets including restaurants bars and lounges
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • manage inventory control and cost management
  • coordinate staff schedules and training
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues
  • enforce company policies and procedures
