Job Duties
- Assist managers with the training, development, and performance reviews of team members
- Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume
- Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs
- Ensure the highest levels of guest service are maintained at all times
- Support the implementation of company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory and supplies to maintain operational efficiency
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly
