Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year related experience required
  • Superior organization and guest service skills required
  • Word-processing, spreadsheets, and email required
  • Ability to lift or carry 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time

Job Duties

  • Assist managers with the training, development, and performance reviews of team members
  • Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume
  • Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs
  • Ensure the highest levels of guest service are maintained at all times
  • Support the implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Monitor inventory and supplies to maintain operational efficiency
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly
