Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in food and beverage or catering preferred
  • Ability to communicate professionally with diverse groups
  • Ability to oversee and support a team
  • Familiarity with food safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work varied hours
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food and beverage supervision or catering management preferred
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage staff and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with inventory management
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work flexible, seasonal hours

Job Duties

  • Become familiar with local and state health regulations
  • Ensure the catering area is kept clean and in good order
  • Become familiar with the REP catering equipment and participate in loading and unloading
  • Ensure the Hot Chocolate product meets REP quality standards and is delivered on schedule
  • Coordinate cast and crew meals with local third-party vendors and managers
  • Provide direct oversight and support to local catering staff
  • Perform receiving and weekly inventory of catering amenities
  • Maintain communication with the Production Catering Manager
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, positive and inclusive working environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
