Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food service or event catering preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform loading and unloading tasks
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food and beverage supervision or related roles
  • Familiarity with local and state health regulations
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally with vendors, staff, and guests
  • Experience working in team-based and fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Responsible for becoming familiar with local and state health regulations
  • Ensure the catering area is kept clean and in good order
  • Become familiar with the REP catering equipment and participate in the loading and unloading of the catering area
  • Ensure that the Hot Chocolate product meets REP quality standards, is delivered to the train on schedule, and is placed correctly for each performance departure
  • Work with local third-party vendors and the Front of House & Business Manager to coordinate cast/crew meals
  • Responsible for direct oversight and continued support of all local catering staff members
  • Receiving and weekly inventory of catering department amenities
  • Maintain communication with the Production Catering Manager throughout the season
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, positive, and inclusive working environment and advise other management on related concerns
  • Other duties as assigned
