Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or event catering preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform loading and unloading tasks
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

- Experience in food and beverage supervision or related roles
- Familiarity with local and state health regulations
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with vendors, staff, and guests
- Experience working in team-based and fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Responsible for becoming familiar with local and state health regulations
- Ensure the catering area is kept clean and in good order
- Become familiar with the REP catering equipment and participate in the loading and unloading of the catering area
- Ensure that the Hot Chocolate product meets REP quality standards, is delivered to the train on schedule, and is placed correctly for each performance departure
- Work with local third-party vendors and the Front of House & Business Manager to coordinate cast/crew meals
- Responsible for direct oversight and continued support of all local catering staff members
- Receiving and weekly inventory of catering department amenities
- Maintain communication with the Production Catering Manager throughout the season
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, positive, and inclusive working environment and advise other management on related concerns
- Other duties as assigned
