Job Duties

  • Become familiar with local and state health regulations
  • ensure the catering area is kept clean and in good order
  • become familiar with REP catering equipment and participate in loading and unloading the catering area
  • ensure the Hot Chocolate product meets REP quality standards and is delivered on schedule
  • coordinate cast and crew meals with local vendors and Front of House & Business Manager
  • oversee and support local catering staff
  • perform receiving and weekly inventory of catering amenities
  • maintain communication with the Production Catering Manager
  • maintain a safe, welcoming, positive, and inclusive work environment
  • perform other duties as assigned
