Job Duties
- Become familiar with local and state health regulations
- ensure the catering area is kept clean and in good order
- become familiar with REP catering equipment and participate in loading and unloading the catering area
- ensure the Hot Chocolate product meets REP quality standards and is delivered on schedule
- coordinate cast and crew meals with local vendors and Front of House & Business Manager
- oversee and support local catering staff
- perform receiving and weekly inventory of catering amenities
- maintain communication with the Production Catering Manager
- maintain a safe, welcoming, positive, and inclusive work environment
- perform other duties as assigned
