Job Duties

Becoming familiar with local and state health regulations
Ensure the catering area is kept clean and in good order
Become familiar with REP catering equipment and participate in the loading and unloading of the catering area
Ensure that the Hot Chocolate product meets REP quality standards, is delivered to the train on schedule, and placed correctly for each performance departure
Work with local third-party vendors and the Front of House & Business Manager to coordinate cast and crew meals
Responsible for direct oversight and continued support of all local catering staff members
Receiving and weekly inventory of catering department amenities
Maintain communication with the Production Catering Manager throughout the season
Maintain a safe, welcoming, positive, and inclusive working environment and advise other management on related concerns
Other duties as assigned
