Job Duties

  • Becoming familiar with local and state health regulations
  • Ensure the catering area is kept clean and in good order
  • Become familiar with REP catering equipment and participate in the loading and unloading of the catering area
  • Ensure that the Hot Chocolate product meets REP quality standards, is delivered to the train on schedule, and placed correctly for each performance departure
  • Work with local third-party vendors and the Front of House & Business Manager to coordinate cast and crew meals
  • Responsible for direct oversight and continued support of all local catering staff members
  • Receiving and weekly inventory of catering department amenities
  • Maintain communication with the Production Catering Manager throughout the season
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, positive, and inclusive working environment and advise other management on related concerns
  • Other duties as assigned
