Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in hospitality management, food service, business, or related field required
- Minimum of two years of restaurant, customer service, or related experience required
- Related or direct experience may be considered in lieu of education
- Must obtain and maintain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification
- Must obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- May be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license as per San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission
- Must be able to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Must have mobility to perform physical tasks such as stooping, bending, and walking
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree in hospitality management, food service, business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of restaurant, customer service, or related experience required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to collaborate and motivate others effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to perform simple mathematical operations
- Must maintain confidentiality and comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Assist with day-to-day operation of food and beverage venues ensuring best-in-class service
- Prioritize training and understanding of line-level positions to maintain and elevate brand standards
- Collaborate with venue leadership to develop and execute department initiatives that build sales, profitability, and cost control
- Ensure communication and execution of department-wide fiscal and operational goals
- Meet and maintain all safety and health requirements and ensure timely, safe food service
- Determine materials, equipment, and facilities needed for efficient operations
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, preparedness, safety, and security standards of workspaces
