Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of food & beverage experience
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Colorado Support Gaming License
- Alcohol Awareness certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations applicable to F&B operations
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Food & Beverage experience preferred, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience required
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of coffee shop operations or barista experience, including product knowledge, inventory control, and guest service standards
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Colorado Support Gaming License
- Alcohol Awareness certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards
Job Duties
- Reports to the F&B Operations Manager
- Directly supervises baristas and supports other F&B outlets as assigned
- Ensures consistent quality of service, cleanliness, and product presentation in the outlet
- Assists in training, scheduling, and evaluating staff performance
- Maintains inventory levels and coordinates with purchasing for supplies and products
- Monitors compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Supports promotional activities and seasonal offerings in collaboration with F&B leadership
- Assists with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
- Provides hands-on leadership during peak hours and special events
- Acts as a liaison between staff and management to ensure smooth communication and operations
- Supports other outlets (restaurants, bars, etc.) as needed based on business demands
- Maintains accurate records of attendance, performance, and incidents
- Participates in team meetings and contributes to operational improvement initiatives
- Conducts interviews and hiring for outlet
- Assists with onboarding and training of new team members
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
- Promotes a positive work environment and team culture
- Supports departmental goals and budget adherence
