Job Requirements
- 3 - 5 years work experience in related field
- 1 year of restaurant supervisory experience
- associates degree in hospitality or business administration or related field preferred
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications

Job Duties
- Help lead the daily operations of the café and ensure service standards are consistently met
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional guest service and a warm, inviting atmosphere
- Collaborate closely with Outlet Manager and other leadership to support food and beverage staff
- Manage interviewing, training, scheduling, evaluating performance, coaching, and exit processes for assigned staff
- Hold daily operational meetings with staff members
