Job Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years work experience in related field
  • 1 year of restaurant supervisory experience
  • associates degree in hospitality or business administration or related field preferred
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications
  • open availability preferred

Job Duties

  • Help lead the daily operations of the café and ensure service standards are consistently met
  • Partner with the team to deliver exceptional guest service and a warm, inviting atmosphere
  • Collaborate closely with Outlet Manager and other leadership to support food and beverage staff
  • Manage interviewing, training, scheduling, evaluating performance, coaching, and exit processes for assigned staff
  • Hold daily operational meetings with staff members
