Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in food service preferred
- 1+ years of experience supervising others preferred
- Wine/beverage knowledge in a bar environment
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Must be able to provide full availability each week including weekends, holidays and overnights
- Commitment to follow food safety protocols
- Assisting with servicing, seating and communicating with the Service/Culinary
- Inspecting cleanliness and report maintenance requests
- Ability to work well under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in food service preferred
- One or more years of supervisory experience preferred
- Wine and beverage knowledge in a bar environment
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Commitment to food safety protocols
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overnights
Job Duties
- Lead and coach team members
- provide direction and training
- support senior leadership in operational tasks
- manage scheduling, payroll, and interviewing
- maintain food and beverage knowledge
- liaise between culinary and restaurant operations
