Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must have at least two years of experience in a food and beverage environment
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- ability to work full availability including weekends, holidays, and overnights
- flexible schedule required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lift and stand for extended periods

- two years of experience in high volume restaurants
- two years of experience supervising others preferred
- strong verbal communication skills
- ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties
- supervise food and beverage team and provide leadership
- coach and direct colleagues on service and operational standards
- assist with training, scheduling, payroll management, and interviewing
- ensure product quality and service standards are maintained
- act as a liaison between culinary and restaurant operations
- provide coverage in various outlet positions as needed
- inspect cleanliness and report maintenance requests
