Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must have at least two years of experience in a food and beverage environment
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to work full availability including weekends, holidays, and overnights
  • flexible schedule required
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lift and stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • two years of experience in high volume restaurants
  • two years of experience supervising others preferred
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • ability to work well under pressure
  • commitment to follow food safety protocols
  • availability for opening and closing shifts
  • ability to ensure adequate coverage during shift

Job Duties

  • supervise food and beverage team and provide leadership
  • coach and direct colleagues on service and operational standards
  • assist with training, scheduling, payroll management, and interviewing
  • ensure product quality and service standards are maintained
  • act as a liaison between culinary and restaurant operations
  • provide coverage in various outlet positions as needed
  • inspect cleanliness and report maintenance requests
