Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in high volume restaurants
  • 2+ years of experience supervising others preferred

  • refined verbal communication skills
  • commitment to follow food safety protocols
  • ability to work well under pressure
  • flexible schedule required

Job Duties

  • Lead other colleagues by coaching and giving direction
  • support senior leadership by assuming basic leadership responsibilities
  • train, schedule, payroll, and interview staff
  • serve as liaison between culinary and restaurant operations
  • oversee product quality and service standards
  • provide coverage in any outlet position if needed
  • inspect cleanliness and report maintenance requests
