Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage supervision or management
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to train and mentor team members
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- familiarity with restaurant operations and scheduling
- availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- lead colleagues by coaching and giving direction
- support senior leadership by assuming basic leadership responsibilities
- assist with training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing
- demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge
- serve as liaison between culinary and restaurant operations
- ensure product quality and service standards
- support multiple outlets as needed and fill in various positions if coverage is required
