Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years relevant experience in food and beverage industry
- demonstrated leadership experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to coach and develop team members
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
- physical ability to stand and move for long periods
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in high volume restaurants
- 2+ years of experience supervising others preferred
- strong desire to satisfy customer needs in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work opening and closing shifts
- experience ensuring adequate shift coverage
- skilled in assisting with service, seating, and communication with culinary teams
- proficiency in inspecting cleanliness and reporting maintenance
- refined verbal communication skills
- full availability including weekends, holidays and overnight shifts

- ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties
