Job Requirements
- must have 2+ years of experience in high volume restaurants
- preferred 2+ years of supervisory experience
- strong desire to satisfy customer needs in fast-paced environment
- able to work opening and closing shifts
- ensure adequate coverage during shifts
- assist with servicing, seating, and communication with service and culinary teams
- inspect cleanliness and report maintenance issues
- refined verbal communication skills
- full weekly availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- commitment to following food safety protocols
- ability to work well under pressure
- flexible schedule required
