Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant supervision or management preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and inventory tasks

- Experience in restaurant supervision or related hospitality role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Basic understanding of inventory management and control
Job Duties
- Supervise support schedule assign daily work inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
- Monitor observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
- Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
- Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
- Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
