Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant supervision or management preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Basic computer skills for scheduling and inventory tasks

  • Experience in restaurant supervision or related hospitality role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and control

Job Duties

  • Supervise support schedule assign daily work inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
  • Monitor observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
  • Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
  • Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
