- prior food and beverage or restaurant supervision experience

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff members including cashier, cooks, and bartenders
- schedule and assign daily work assignments to food service team and supervise task completion
- train and guide staff on job duties, food safety, sanitation procedures, and customer service
- maintain high level of customer satisfaction through attentive service and issue resolution
- open and close restaurant following policies and procedures
- receive shipments of food and beverage products, manage back stock, verify invoices, and inspect items
- follow safe handling standards for stocking and storing products including pulling expired goods
- enforce safety and health policies such as proper refrigeration and food handling
- maintain daily inventories
- operate cash registers, credit card machines, and kitchen equipment
- prepare food and beverages
- maintain clean and organized work areas with proper cleaning tasks
- ensure proper cash handling procedures
- ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service laws
- perform related duties as required
