Job Requirements

- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage or relevant industry
- strong communication skills
- English proficiency
- valid food handling or alcohol service permit if required
- ability to handle cash and perform basic math

Job Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years' supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment or applicable education
- ability to supervise the work of others
- effective communication skills with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management and guests
- ability to speak, read and write in English
- self-motivated in busy environments
- valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required
- ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
- basic math skills related to POS cash and credit transactions, cash reconciliation and inventory
Job Duties
- Oversee the serving of meals to guests or direct guests in all venues
- supervise the service of beverages to guests including alcoholic beverages
- check guests' IDs to verify minimum age requirement for alcoholic purchases
- help maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
- demonstrate excellent attendance and encourage the team to do the same
- ensure location equipment is operable and clean prior to events
- recognize intoxicated guests and cut off alcohol service
- enforce all policies and procedures for staff and guests
- practice excellent human resources skills in employee relations, corrective action, coaching and counseling
- assist management with training, inventory and special events
- perform all other duties as assigned
