Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role in a full-service restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence
  • Prior hotel food and beverage experience is a plus
  • Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Fine dining experience preferred
  • Proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
  • Ability to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances
  • Ability to lift pull and push moderate weight
  • Engaged trainer able to facilitate at all levels
  • Qualification in hospitality management preferred but not essential
  • Ability to handle effective hiring training development promotion and continuous reinforcement
  • Leadership skills to coach team for guest service and employee satisfaction
  • Knowledge of colleague engagement
  • Ability to develop and implement revenue enhancement and cost containment strategies
  • Budget development marketing plans and objectives management

Job Duties

  • Supervise day-to-day outlet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing staff scheduling, training, and performance
  • Provide hands-on assistance during service, including greeting guests, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent dining experience
  • Lead by example to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and service
  • Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and staff engagement
  • Address employee concerns professionally and support team development and training
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve problems promptly with professionalism and care
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless food and beverage operation
