Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role in a full-service restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence
- Prior hotel food and beverage experience is a plus
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- Fine dining experience preferred
- Proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances
- Ability to lift pull and push moderate weight
- Engaged trainer able to facilitate at all levels
- Qualification in hospitality management preferred but not essential
- Ability to handle effective hiring training development promotion and continuous reinforcement
- Leadership skills to coach team for guest service and employee satisfaction

Job Duties
- Supervise day-to-day outlet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Provide hands-on assistance during service, including greeting guests, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent dining experience
- Lead by example to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and service
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and staff engagement
- Address employee concerns professionally and support team development and training
- Handle guest feedback and resolve problems promptly with professionalism and care
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless food and beverage operation
