Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in food and beverage industry
- Able to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous supervisory experience preferred

- Ability to communicate and coordinate associates effectively
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining professionalism
Job Duties
- Coordinate with Food & Beverage Manager on daily restaurant and banquet operations including set-ups, changes and scheduling
- Focus on restaurant operations while ensuring banquet event order directions are followed
- Ensure all restaurant and public areas are neat and clean
- Operate as a restaurant server when needed including setting up, greeting, serving guests, and preparing for next shift
- Inspect banquet areas at function end to ensure equipment is returned and areas are clean
