Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year experience in food and beverage industry
  • Able to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience working in food and beverage
  • Previous supervisory experience highly desired
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate associates effectively
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining professionalism

Job Duties

  • Coordinate with Food & Beverage Manager on daily restaurant and banquet operations including set-ups, changes and scheduling
  • Focus on restaurant operations while ensuring banquet event order directions are followed
  • Ensure all restaurant and public areas are neat and clean
  • Operate as a restaurant server when needed including setting up, greeting, serving guests, and preparing for next shift
  • Inspect banquet areas at function end to ensure equipment is returned and areas are clean
