Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years experience in food and beverage supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple teams effectively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods
  • Ability to maintain professional and positive attitude under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years working in food and beverage in a supervisory capacity
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in hospitality or hotel food and beverage operations
  • Ability to supervise multiple teams simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Coordinate with restaurant and banquet staff set-ups, changes and time schedules for all functions
  • Check restaurant and banquet room set-up to ensure directions are completely followed
  • Ensure that all public areas are neat and clean
  • Operate as a server when needed including setting up, greeting and serving guests, and breaking down after meals/functions
  • Inspect food and beverage areas at the close of business to ensure all equipment is returned to proper areas and that all areas are clean
