Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years experience in food and beverage supervision
- Ability to manage multiple teams effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods
- Ability to maintain professional and positive attitude under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years working in food and beverage in a supervisory capacity
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in hospitality or hotel food and beverage operations
- Ability to supervise multiple teams simultaneously
Job Duties
- Coordinate with restaurant and banquet staff set-ups, changes and time schedules for all functions
- Check restaurant and banquet room set-up to ensure directions are completely followed
- Ensure that all public areas are neat and clean
- Operate as a server when needed including setting up, greeting and serving guests, and breaking down after meals/functions
- Inspect food and beverage areas at the close of business to ensure all equipment is returned to proper areas and that all areas are clean
