Job Requirements

  • Experience in food and beverage operations
  • Experience managing personnel
  • Ability to obtain and hold a valid Gaming license
  • Ability to obtain and hold a TIPS Card
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, lift up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to work in noisy, variable temperature environment
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions of arms and hands

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food and beverage operations
  • Experience managing personnel
  • 4-year degree preferred in related fields or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to obtain and hold a valid Gaming license
  • Ability to obtain and hold a TIPS Card
  • Great organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of the food industry
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to forecast food demand
  • Great leadership abilities

Job Duties

  • Direct the work of restaurant and beverage staff
  • Ensure guests have a favorable experience
  • Develop staff through interviews, hiring, and evaluations
  • Ensure safety and security of employees and customers
  • Supervise programs to reduce and control loss time injuries
  • Monitor staffing levels to maintain budgeted employment
  • Assist with development and management of the F&B Department budget
