Job Requirements
- Experience in food and beverage operations
- Experience managing personnel
- Ability to obtain and hold a valid Gaming license
- Ability to obtain and hold a TIPS Card
- Physical ability to walk, stand, lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to work in noisy, variable temperature environment
- Ability to perform repetitive motions of arms and hands

- 4-year degree preferred in related fields or equivalent work experience
- Ability to obtain and hold a valid Gaming license

Job Duties
- Direct the work of restaurant and beverage staff
- Ensure guests have a favorable experience
- Develop staff through interviews, hiring, and evaluations
- Ensure safety and security of employees and customers
- Supervise programs to reduce and control loss time injuries
- Monitor staffing levels to maintain budgeted employment
- Assist with development and management of the F&B Department budget
