Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift or carry 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Assist managers with the training, development, and performance reviews of team members
  • Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume
  • Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs
  • Ensure highest levels of guest service and satisfaction
  • Oversee daily floor operations and coordinate team member activities
  • Address and resolve guest enquiries and issues promptly
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
