Job Duties
- Assist managers with the training, development, and performance reviews of team members
- Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume
- Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs
- Ensure highest levels of guest service and satisfaction
- Oversee daily floor operations and coordinate team member activities
- Address and resolve guest enquiries and issues promptly
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
