Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of experience in food and beverage supervision or related field
  • availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • proficiency with restaurant management software
  • good problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of front of house experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • hands-on experience in both serving and bartending
  • proven food and beverage management experience
  • proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software (e.g., Aloha)
  • strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently
  • effective delegation and multitasking abilities
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • knowledge of current food and beverage trends and best practices
  • ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
  • guest-oriented and committed to providing outstanding service

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  • maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • identify guest needs and respond proactively to concerns or feedback
  • lead and develop the food and beverage team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel
  • establish and maintain goals, training methods, schedules, policies, and procedures
  • foster a culture of ownership, motivation, and teamwork through open communication
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • report regularly to management on sales performance and productivity
