Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience in food and beverage supervision or related field
- availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- proficiency with restaurant management software
- good problem-solving skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of front of house experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- hands-on experience in both serving and bartending
- proven food and beverage management experience
- proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software (e.g., Aloha)
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently
- effective delegation and multitasking abilities
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- knowledge of current food and beverage trends and best practices
- ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- guest-oriented and committed to providing outstanding service
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- identify guest needs and respond proactively to concerns or feedback
- lead and develop the food and beverage team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel
- establish and maintain goals, training methods, schedules, policies, and procedures
- foster a culture of ownership, motivation, and teamwork through open communication
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- report regularly to management on sales performance and productivity
