Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Must meet professional appearance standards
  • Must function independently and as a team member
  • Must meet state requirements for working or supervising in drinking establishments
  • Record of satisfactory performance and reliability in prior employment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds
  • Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and grip items
  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
  • Indian preference exercised.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Four years of food and beverage experience including at least one year in multi-unit leadership
  • Proven track record of reliability and performance
  • Ability to administer performance appraisals and lead teams
  • Familiarity with cost control and menu planning
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to operate office equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in managing operational reports and financial tools.

Job Duties

  • Manages day-to-day operations of multiple food and beverage outlets including Steakhouse, EDR, Grill, Buffet, Bingo Snack Bar, and Beverage service
  • Ensures food and beverage products meet established specifications and standards
  • Communicates deviations from standards to Executive Chef and/or Buffet Manager
  • Assists with hiring and development of personnel while maintaining appropriate labor levels
  • Administers performance appraisals, sets expectations, provides training and coaching
  • Completes daily financial reports and tools
  • Solicits guest feedback through direct interaction
  • Responds promptly to guest complaints ensuring satisfaction guarantees
  • Plans and develops Grill menus including pricing
  • Institutes cost control policies and standards to improve profitability
  • Analyzes food and beverage operations including profit and loss statements to recommend action
  • Ensures safe handling and maintenance of service equipment
  • Enforces safety policies and appearance guidelines
  • May participate in cash transactions as needed
  • Performs roles including cook, server, bartender, cashier, or host as required
  • Adheres to ethical and regulatory company policies
  • Performs other assigned duties.
