Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage operations preferred
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to manage inventory and payroll
  • Commitment to health and safety standards

  • Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards, ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations including staffing, setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • Lead and mentor restaurant associates while fostering teamwork and morale
  • Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage payroll to support efficient operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards including proper food handling and sanitation practices
  • Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, empowering associates to exceed expectations
  • Support hiring, training, and cross-training initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team
