Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food and beverage supervisory or management roles preferred
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations, including staffing, setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • lead and mentor restaurant associates while fostering teamwork and morale
  • monitor inventory, place orders, and manage payroll to support efficient operations
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
  • address guest concerns promptly and effectively, empowering associates to exceed expectations
  • support hiring, training, and cross-training initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team
