Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of food and beverage leadership experience
  • Willingness to provide service to guests, residents, and peers

  • Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Fluent in English
  • Legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations for the restaurant in absence of the Lickety Split Manager
  • Assist the Lickety Split Manager in ensuring all staff adhere to all Four Seasons standards, inventory, scheduling and meal breaks
  • Responsible for managing employees, as well as assisting guests
  • Coach and train baristas in the art of coffee creations
  • Collaborate with the Lobby Bar Manager to optimize shared space and resources
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and intuitive service
  • Maintain a strong floor presence during operating hours
