Job Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations for the restaurant in absence of the Lickety Split Manager
- Assist the Lickety Split Manager in ensuring all staff adhere to all Four Seasons standards, inventory, scheduling and meal breaks
- Responsible for managing employees, as well as assisting guests
- Coach and train baristas in the art of coffee creations
- Collaborate with the Lobby Bar Manager to optimize shared space and resources
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and intuitive service
- Maintain a strong floor presence during operating hours
