Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
  • current Food Handler's Card
  • RBS training required
  • must be of minimum age to serve alcohol
  • basic computer skills
  • ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • demonstrates initiative and follow-through
  • ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications

  • previous hospitality or food and beverage experience
  • education: high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Provide coaching, training, and daily leadership to food and beverage team members
  • ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed consistently
  • deliver exceptional guest experiences across all assigned outlets
  • uphold service standards, merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation expectations
  • prepare and oversee the preparation of beverages and food items according to recipes and quality standards, as applicable to the outlet
  • ensure guests are served quickly, courteously, and efficiently
  • train team members on menus, products, and service knowledge so they can confidently engage with guests
  • proactively anticipate operational needs, resolve issues, and maintain smooth service flow
  • support cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of all food and beverage spaces
  • maintain clear, professional communication with service and management teams
  • assist guests with menu questions and provide recommendations
  • act as a guide to the guest experience within food and beverage venues
  • ensure all items are properly stocked and inventory levels are maintained
