Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations including inventory control and cost management
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with casino operations is a plus
