Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations including inventory control and cost management
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with casino operations is a plus

Job Duties
