Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in restaurant industry
- strong knowledge of food and beverage
- impeccable and flexible guest communication skills
- ability to multitask and function independently and in a team atmosphere
- a high school diploma or equivalent
- positive and progressive thinking, problem solving and promoting
- speak with others using clear and professional language
- ability to handle operational demands with a high degree of professionalism, operating often with time sensitive deadlines
- proficient computer skills and knowledge
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of MICROS preferred
- TABC and Food Handlers Certifications required

Job Duties
- assist management team with the organization of daily operations
- assist with maintaining accurate system office systems and records
- participate in staff meetings as required
- work with management team to ensure proper scheduling of team members
- assist with system management and administration
- support various outlets with the planning and implementation of new training materials
- respond to written or phone inquiries and determine proper routing for action
- meet and exceed guest expectations by ensuring the team provides positive and courteous service and teamwork
- ensure that all special requests are handled in an efficient and timely manner
- be visible, hands on, and ensure a strong personal presence in front of house mainly during peak hours and back of house areas
- take an active part in guest service duties such as welcoming guests, escorting guests to tables, taking guest orders, clearing tables
- perform other duties as assigned
