Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in restaurant industry
  • strong knowledge of food and beverage
  • impeccable and flexible guest communication skills
  • ability to multitask and function independently and in a team atmosphere
  • a high school diploma or equivalent
  • positive and progressive thinking, problem solving and promoting
  • speak with others using clear and professional language
  • ability to handle operational demands with a high degree of professionalism, operating often with time sensitive deadlines
  • proficient computer skills and knowledge
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • knowledge of MICROS preferred
  • TABC and Food Handlers Certifications required

Job Duties

  • assist management team with the organization of daily operations
  • assist with maintaining accurate system office systems and records
  • participate in staff meetings as required
  • work with management team to ensure proper scheduling of team members
  • assist with system management and administration
  • support various outlets with the planning and implementation of new training materials
  • respond to written or phone inquiries and determine proper routing for action
  • meet and exceed guest expectations by ensuring the team provides positive and courteous service and teamwork
  • ensure that all special requests are handled in an efficient and timely manner
  • be visible, hands on, and ensure a strong personal presence in front of house mainly during peak hours and back of house areas
  • take an active part in guest service duties such as welcoming guests, escorting guests to tables, taking guest orders, clearing tables
  • perform other duties as assigned
