Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of restaurant or hospitality experience
- supervisory experience preferred

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic computer and POS system knowledge preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise and support front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff during shifts
- train new employees on restaurant procedures, customer service standards, and safety guidelines
- provide coaching and feedback to team members to maintain service quality and performance
- assist with employee scheduling and shift coverage
- ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and high-quality service
- address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- maintain a welcoming and positive dining environment
- monitor daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards
- coordinate staff activities during busy service periods
- ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations
- assist with inventory tracking and ordering supplies as needed
- monitor food and beverage stock levels
- handle cash management responsibilities including register oversight and end-of-shift reconciliation when required
- ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and workspaces
- follow all food safety guidelines and company policies
