Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • supervisory experience preferred

  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic computer and POS system knowledge preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods

  • ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervise and support front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff during shifts
  • train new employees on restaurant procedures, customer service standards, and safety guidelines
  • provide coaching and feedback to team members to maintain service quality and performance
  • assist with employee scheduling and shift coverage
  • ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and high-quality service
  • address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
  • maintain a welcoming and positive dining environment
  • monitor daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards
  • coordinate staff activities during busy service periods
  • ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations
  • assist with inventory tracking and ordering supplies as needed
  • monitor food and beverage stock levels
  • handle cash management responsibilities including register oversight and end-of-shift reconciliation when required
  • ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and workspaces
  • follow all food safety guidelines and company policies
