Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in food and beverage supervision
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations including inventory control and cost management
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with casino operations is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure a high standard of service
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and lounges
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory control and cost management
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address guest concerns promptly
  • Train and develop team members to enhance performance
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service flow
