Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in food and beverage supervision
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations including inventory control and cost management
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with casino operations is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure a high standard of service
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and lounges
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory control and cost management
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest concerns promptly
- Train and develop team members to enhance performance
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service flow
