Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience in full-service restaurant or hotel
  • Previous customer service experience in food and beverage
  • Motivated to advance professionally
  • Basic beverage knowledge
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory position in a full-service restaurant or hotel setting
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in food and beverage, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Motivated to advance professionally and eager to grow within the company
  • Basic beverage knowledge
  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach and willingness to learn on the job
  • Open availability and ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and work well with others in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage customers and colleagues positively

Job Duties

  • Supervise, support, assign daily work, inform, and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
  • Monitor, observe, and assist in evaluating team member performance
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate, and address issues and make improvements accordingly
  • Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
