Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in supervisory role in full-service restaurant or hotel
- Previous customer service experience preferably in food and beverage
- Open availability for varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Basic knowledge of beverage service

Job Duties
- Supervise and support daily restaurant operations and assign work to team members
- Inform and train team members in food and beverage service standards
- Monitor and evaluate team member performance
- Assist team members with guest inquiries, requests, and complaint resolution
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Manage and monitor product quality, service satisfaction, and implement improvements
- Assist in inventory monitoring and control
